兩位樂師因目睹了一場血腥的槍擊案而被黑道追殺。為了躲避,他們不惜假扮女裝加入一群正要往邁阿密演出的女子樂隊中，於是兩人結識了被稱為'Sugar'的Kane等多名女藝人。Kane性感貌美且歌唱的很好，她想要去結交一位英俊的邁阿密的百萬富翁作為她未來理想的丈夫。於是Joe知道後，他便偽裝成她理想的模樣和富翁的身份以得到她的愛情。而Jerry裝扮的女性也得到一個年長的富翁的愛慕。於是四人上演了一場非常逗人的趣事。後來那些黑道幾人為追殺目擊證人而來此，最終四人乘船逃離邁阿密。...
